Methodist Church sermon is ‘A New Commandment'

BRATTLEBORO -- Worship at First United Methodist Church on Sunday, April 28, at 10 am, will include the story of Jesus sharing that he has been glorified and will be with the disciples only a short while longer. The scripture, found in John 13:31-35, will be read by Mary Anne Deer.

Pastor Cheryl Meachen's sermon, "A New Commandment," will explore Jesus' legacy. The choir will sing.

The United Methodist Women are holding a rummage sale today, April 27, from 9 a.m. until noon at the church,
