Butterfly Swing Band

PUTNEY -- Butterfly Swing Band plays hot classic swing grooves from the ‘20’s, ‘30’s and ‘40’s at the Putney Inn on Friday from 7 to 10 p.m.

Butterfly Swing Band features Joe LoMonaco on percussion, Scott Sizer on trumpet, cornet and vocals, Mark Anagnostopulos on guitar and vocals, Walter Slowinski onclarinet, sax and vocals and Lynn Lovell on upright bass and vocals.

Chirons, Tiny Little Elephants play
in Saxtons River

SAXTONS RIVER -- Pleasant Valley Brewing hosts The Chirons and Tiny Little Elephants on Saturday at 8 p.m.

The Chirons, featuring Duke Johnson and Bethanie Yeakle both of local favorites The Johnson Boys, play original, electric-acoustic pop. Opening the show will be Tiny Little Elephants playing a funky mix of eclectic dance music with Kathy Mazziott and Ben Mitchell, both of Green Zone and Sine Wave.
