Offerings in May at Centre Church will benefit Boys & Girls Club and the Summer Lunch Program


BRATTLEBORO -- On the Fourth Sunday of Easter, May 11, the Rev. Carra McFadden will lead 10 a.m. worship and preach a sermon based on the text from Acts 2:42-47. Fellowship Hour will follow, hosted by the Board of Mission and Service, and all are welcome.

The Murder Mystery Dinner Theater will be the next fundraiser at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, and is open to the public. The theme is "Murder in the Vineyard," and tickets may be obtained by contacting Anne Doesburg at 802-254-5495.

The Program Annual Meeting will be held following worship on Sunday, May 18, to receive department and committee reports, vote on several new bylaws amendments and miscellaneous business. Council Chairman Jon Potter will preside.

Special offerings for May will benefit the Brattleboro Boys & Girls Club and the local Summer Lunch Program.

The wait list for Centre for Children continues to grow; additional children will be added during the first week of June.
