Pastor Suzanne Andrews to present gospel message at First Baptist Church


BRATTLEBORO - The First Baptist Church, 190 Main St., Brattleboro is an American Baptist Church affiliated with ABC, USA and ABL Vermont/New Hampshire. It is dedicated to the work of Christ locally and globally.

Its mission statement follows: Through fellowship of a faith community, inspired by the Gospel, we seek to restore wholeness and hope in people’s lives through word and deed. As a downtown church and community life center, we serve individuals and families of all ages, circumstances, stage in life, or relationship, and welcome them to our congregation.

Community Outreach:

Brattleboro Pastoral Counseling Center - 802-254-9071, third floor. Supported by First Baptist, Centre Congregational, First Congregational, First United Methodist, St. Michael’s Episcopal, St. Michael’s Catholic Community and Trinity Lutheran Churches.

AA Meetings are held every day at noon.

Grace’s Kitchen held every Wednesday between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m.

donuts ‘n coffee each Sunday 8:15 to 9:15 a.m., co-sponsored by Warehouse 25:40 and First Baptist Church.

Sunday worship begins at 10 a.m. with Sunday School at 10:15 for all ages, nursery care is available.

The gospel message will be brought by Pastor Suzanne Andrews and "The Singing" ladies will provide special music.

A time of refreshment and fellowship follows. Everyone is invited.
