-- Brattleboro Police received a complaint of a citizen dispute that took place outside of Green Street School on Oct. 12. Upon further investigation, Kristy A. Clark, 27, of Putney, was cited for disorderly conduct.

-- On Oct. 16, Natasha L. Holden, 37, of Brattleboro, was found by Brattleboro Police to be in violation of her current conditions of release. Holden was cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date to answer to this charge.

-- On Oct. 19, Timothy J. Blood, 41, of Wyalusing, Pa., was stopped for his registration plates not being assigned to the vehicle. During the stop, he was found to have consumed alcohol and have a suspended license. A search of Blood’s vehicle resulted in the discovery of three-quarter-pounds of marijuana. Blood was arrested and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility in Springfield for lack of $2,500 bail.


-- The Vermont State Police of the Brattleboro barracks responded to a complaint of a family fight on Harris Hill Road on Oct. 21. Investigation revealed that Samantha Seals, 23, of Brookline, had assaulted her father, 46, of Brookline. It was alleged that Seals had struck her father numerous times, including head-butting him and hitting him in the head with an object. In addition, Seals had picked up a pick ax and made a motion to swing it toward her father. As a result, Seals was charged with aggravated domestic assault and disorderly conduct.


-- On Oct. 17, Marycolette Lynch, 53, of Dover was arrested for violating conditions of her release. The Windham County Sheriff’s Department arrested Lynch after an investigation into a fire alarm at her residence. Lynch had conditions of release that stated she could not buy, have, or consume alcohol. She provided a breath sample of 0.182. Lynch was held until sober and cited to appear at the Vermont Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date.


-- Richard Tripaldi Jr., 33, of Hinsdale, N.H., was arrested for driving with a suspended license on Oct. 21. He was stopped by the Windham County Sheriff’s Department on Route 5 for driving with a defective tail light. Tripaldi was arrested and processed at the sheriff’s department and cited to appear before the Vermont Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date.


-- Sokhan Mao, 42, of Amherst, Mass., was traveling east on Route 9 near the intersection at South Road on Oct. 21, when he approached a moderate left turn and was unable to negotiate the turn. Leaving the east bound shoulder of Route 9, Mao was thrown from his motorcycle and broke his left leg and arm. He received first aid by members of the Marlboro Fire Department and Rescue Inc. He was transported to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital by Rescue. Due to the extent of Mao’s injuries, he was transferred to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center by helicopter. Mao was wearing a helmet and riding with two friends who were on their own motorcycles. The crash is still under investigation. Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to contact the Vermont State Police at 802-254-2382.


-- Tasha Barber, 23, of Wardsboro, was arrested for domestic assault on Oct. 17. The Windham County Sheriff’s Department investigated the incident, stemming from the town of Townshend. Barber was cited to appear in the Vermont Superior Court Criminal Division at a later date.
