-- On Nov. 26, Brattleboro Police responded to the Winston Prouty Center to investigate a report of an intoxicated person. Following investigation, Lonnie D. Place, 36, of Vermont, was arrested for violating conditions of release, resisting arrest and assault on law enforcement officers.
-- On Dec. 3, Brattleboro Police went to the intersection of Elliot Street and Church Street to investigate a report of an intoxicated person. An investigation was initiated and following that investigation, Sean M. James, 43, of Brattleboro, was arrested for committing an act of disorderly conduct.
-- On Dec. 5, Clifford Sprague, 32, was stopped for an expired registration on High Street and Oak Street. A DMV computer check showed that Sprague had a suspended driver’s license.
-- On Dec. 5, Vermont State Police stopped a vehicle on Marlboro Road for a moving violation. Investigation revealed that the vehicle’s operator, Jennafer Vaine, 35, of Marlboro, was currently under criminal license suspension. Vaine was arrested and transported to the State Police barracks in West Brattleboro for processing.
-- On Dec. 5, Brattleboro Police responded to the Brattleboro Transportation Center and found Donald J. Reetz, 43, of Brattleboro. Reetz was cited to appear in court at a later date to answer to the charge of unlawful trespass.
