• The Brattleboro Police Department received a report of a male subject who was driving on Elliot Street and asked a female if she wanted to smoke with him. Shortly after, a motor vehicle stop was conducted, at which time the operator was identified as David Fales, 38, of Hinsdale, N.H. After an investigation, Fales was arrested and cited with possession of crack/cocaine.

• The Brattleboro Police Department took a report of an assault on Main Street. Following an investigation, Qadir Murray, 33, of Brattleboro, was cited with simple assault.

Nov. 20

• The Brattleboro Police Department responded to an establishment on Putney Road for a report of a female that had been sprayed in the face with a chemical agent. Following an investigation, Kimberly Wilder, 21, of Brattleboro, was cited with simple assault.

Nov. 23

• Officers of the Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Main Street for a report of a theft. Following an investigation, Rodney Lumbra, 54, of Brattleboro, was cited with retail theft.

• The Brattleboro Police Department responded to Canal Street for a reported citizen dispute. After an investigation, Brian Pennington, 51, of Brattleboro was arrested and cited with simple assault and aggravated disorderly conduct.

• The Brattleboro Police Department responded to Chicken Coop Hill on Route 5 South for a one-car motor vehicle collision. Upon arrival, it was determined that the operator fled on foot. Following an investigation, Brandon S. Johnson, 23, of Brattleboro, was cited with leaving the scene of an accident and negligent operation.

Nov. 24

• The Brattleboro Police Department responded to the Locust Ridge Cemetery for a found safe that had been pried open. In addition to the safe several keys were also found. Anyone having information regarding the safe is asked to contact Officer Michael Cable of the Brattleboro Police Department at 802-257-7950.

• The Brattleboro Police Department responded to a business on Canal Street for the report of three shoplifters fleeing the scene. Following an investigation, Pamela A. Johnson, 52, of Townshend, was cited with retail theft.

Nov. 26

• The Vermont State Police is investigating a burglary that occurred at Idyll Acres Farm in Grafton on the night of Nov. 26. Nothing was reported stolen.

• At 9:30 p.m., the New Hampshire State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 9 in Chesterfield. As a result, Romello Lindsey, 21, of Halifax, was cited with driving with a revoked or suspended license.

• The Brattleboro Police Department responded to a residence on Valley Road for a report of domestic assault. Following an investigation, Todd Koshinsky, 30, of Brattleboro, was taken into custody and cited with domestic assault.

Nov. 27

• The Brattleboro Police Department responded to a 911 hang-up call on Putney Road. Upon arrival, it was found that a physical altercation had ensued between a male and female. After an investigation, Elizabeth Kovatch, 32, of Brattleboro, was arrested and cited with first degree aggravated domestic assault.
