-- On July 2, John Preterotti, 34, of Bellows Falls, failed to appear at the Bellows Falls Police Department as required by his court ordered conditions of release. He was cited and ordered to appear in court at a later date.
-- On July 10, at approximately 9:20 p.m., the Bellows Falls Police Department arrested Damian Dailey, 19, of Bellows Falls, for failure to appear. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.
-- On July 5, the Brattlebor Police Department responded to the Brattleboro Food Co-op for the report of a shoplifting incident. Following an investigation, Joshua B. Garcia, 24, of Brattleboro, was cited with retail theft and ordered to appear in court at a later date.
-- On July 11, the Brattleboro Police Department cited Melvin McCall, 35, and Donald Reetz, 45, both of Brattleboro, with trespassing at the Brattleboro Transportation Center. They were ordered to appear in court at a later date.
-- On July 15, the Brattleboro Police Department arrested Tami L. Smith, 50, of Putney, and cited her with unlawful trespass. She was ordered to appear in court at a later date.
-- On July 15, the Brattleboro Police Department arrested Russell Larson, 61, of Brattleboro, and cited him with domestic assault and interfering with access to emergency services. He was ordered to appear in court at a later date.
-- On July 15, at approximately 2 p.m., the Vermont State Police responded to the report of a single-vehicle roll-over crash at mile marker 6.4 on southbound Interstate 91. Troopers determined Gary Carter, 63, of Middletown, Conn., was traveling in excess of the posted 65 mph speed limit during heavy rain when he hydroplaned and left the roadway. Carter's vehicle overturned before coming to a position of uncontrolled rest on its roof. According to the press release, the vehicle was totaled, but there were no injuries. Seatbelts were worn by both occupants most likely preventing serious injury. Carter was issued a ticket for traveling too fast for conditions.
-- On July 14, at approximately 11:15 p.m., a trooper with the Vermont State Police observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on Route 30. The vehicle was stopped on Tony's Lane and as a result, Dennis W. Cobb, 23, of Jamaica, was arrested and cited with driving while intoxicated. He was ordered to appear in court on July 29.
