-- On Feb. 18, Brattleboro Police arrested Kathleen Sullivan, 31, of South Newfane for driving with a criminally suspended license. She was ordered to appear in court at a later date.
-- On Feb. 20, Brattleboro Police took Hunter Neilson into custody on an outstanding warrant stemming from a charge of providing alcohol to a minor.
-- On Feb. 21, Brattleboro Police responded to the Brattleboro Food Co-op for a trespassing complain. Leonard Viola, 56, of Brattleboro was taken into custody for violating his court ordered conditions of release. He was cited to appear in court at a later date.
-- On Feb. 21, Brattleboro Police responded to Spring Tree Road for a report of an intoxicated driver. Kelly French, 29, of Brattleboro was charged with driving while intoxicated and cited to appear in court.
-- On Feb. 21, Brattleboro Police cited Shane Kelcey, 31, of Brattleboro for unlawful mischief. Kelcey was found after the police matched blood recovered at the scene of an act of vandalism at Westgate Apartment on Feb. 18 to Kelcey through the Vermont Forensic Laboratory. He was cited to appear in court.
-- On Feb. 19, the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 5 for a vehicle operating with a headlight out. During the roadside investigation it was determined that Jason Robinson, 37, of Putney was intoxicated. He was taken into custody and ordered to appear in Windham Superior Court
