WEST BRATTLEBORO -- All Souls Church Unitarian Universalist invites all to worship on Sunday, June 16, at 10 a.m. "Reflections on Generosity and Deeds of Giving" will be the topic.

Priscilla Lewis, who belongs to a Unitarian Universalist congregation in New York, reflects on "deeds of giving" and the relationship between generosity and the spiritual growth that the UU covenants encourage. Lewis has spent most of her professional life in the field of philanthropy, where money is the primary currency of giving. But generosity takes many forms -- intangible as well as tangible, emotional as well as material. It is not always easy to understand why people are able and willing to give of themselves in one situation, and not in another.

All Souls Church is a Welcoming Congregation and a Green Sanctuary located at 29 South St. across the road from the West Brattleboro fire station and village green. Nursery care is available. For more information or directions, call the church office at 802-254-9377, e-mail office@ascvt.org or go online to www.ascvt.org.
