This approach ensures that the student can easily adapt to the variables of a given situation. The Mission of Running Fist Kung Fu is to help the student develop spiritually, mentally, and physically so that he/she can readily adapt to the many challenges of everyday life.
The classes are run as month-to-month lessons and are $42 per month for residents and $57 for non-residents. Classes run through the end of April 2018. For information and registration, call Sikung Lew Henderson at 802-365-4514 or e-mail him at RunninFstMonk@aol.com
