Rev. Cheryl Meachen’s sermon on Sunday will be ‘One-Upmanship’

BRATTLEBORO -- Worship at First United Methodist Church on Sunday, Oct. 27, at 10 a.m. will include the reading of Jesus’ parable of the Pharisee, thankful he was not like the tax collector. The scripture can be found in Luke 18:9-14 and will be read by Ron Francis.

The Rev. Cheryl Meachen’s sermon, "One-Upsmanship," will explore the role humility plays in our Christian lives.
