Rev. Meachen’s sermon Sunday will be ‘Thirsty for Living Water’

BRATTLEBORO -- Worship at First United Methodist Church will be held this Sunday, March 23, at 10 a.m. Leslie Kramsky will read scripture from John 4:5-42 in which Jesus meets the woman at the well and describes her need for living water. Rev. Cheryl Meachen will preach a sermon entitled, "Thirsty for Living Water" exploring how utterly unknown eternal life is to those who seek to understand it through worldly ways. Jenny Hinton will sing "Come to the Water" by Marsha Stevens. Holy Communion will be celebrated. All are welcome at the Lord’s Table.
