Richards wins Bridge to Farm 10k

BRATTLEBORO — Tammy Richards, of Williamsville, won the first Bridge to Farm 10k in a time of 38:26 on Sunday morning in Brattleboro. She used the run as part of a 16-mile training day preparing for the upcoming New York City Marathon.

The event was hosted by the Retreat Farm and assisted by members of the Red Clover Rover running club.

Angela Johnson of Guilford in 54:24, 10. Robert Woodworth of Brattleboro in 54:44, 11.Jen Parker of Guilford in 54:51, 12. Paul Paradis of Spofford NH in 56:17, 13. Douglas Korb of Marlboro in 56:38, 14. Lauren Brown of Brattleboro in 58:23, 15. Hannah Parker of Dummerston in 59:37, 16. Sheila Pickney of East Dummerston in 59:38, 17. Heather Cutler of Hinsdale NH in 1:06:33, and 18. Tim Wessel of Brattleboro in 1:08:04.

Everyone received a Retreat Farm mug for running and snacks were provided for all by the Retreat Farm. First-time race director Lu Neuse did a great job.
