’Thank You for Hearing Me, God’ is sermon Sunday at First United Methodist Church

BRATTLEBORO -- Worship at First United Methodist Church will be held on Sunday, April 6, at 10 a.m. Douglas Reed will read scripture from John 11:1-45 in which Jesus raises his friend Lazarus from the dead.

The Rev. Cheryl Meachen will preach a sermon entitled, "Thank You for Hearing Me, God" which will explore Jesus statement that he knows God always hears, but that this was an opportunity for the people to believe. Holy Communion will be celebrated. All are welcome at the Lord’s Table.
