’We Remember’ is theme on Sunday at All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church

WEST BRATTLEBORO -- All Souls Unitarian Universalist at the West Village Meeting House invites all to Sunday’s service on May 25, at 10 a.m. "We Remember" is the theme this Memorial Day Sunday as we pay our annual tribute to poetry. Much, if not most, of the world’s poetry brings the past into the present through remembrance of people, places, pets and significant events.

This Sunday we will enjoy poetic recollections composed and read by members and friends of All Souls.

Children of all ages will continue learning about the Japanese free-style form of weaving called Saori weaving. This week they will hone their skills and learn more about the third Saori principle -- be bold and adventurous. Children of all ages are invited to attend. Nursery care is provided.

All Souls at the West Village Meeting House is located at 29 South St. across the road up from the West Brattleboro Fire Station and village green. For more information or directions, call the office at 802-254-9377, e-mail office@ascvt.org or www.ascvt.org. All Souls is a Certified Welcoming Congregation and Green Sanctuary.
