GUILFORD -- Jazz and blues vocalist Samirah Evans will present a special intimate show with two of her original Handsome Devils -- pianist Miro Sprague and saxophonist Michael Zsoldos -- tonight at Wendy’s Jazz Soirée in Guilford.

Music is at 7 p.m., preceded by a potluck supper at 6 p.m. Admission is $15-$20 at the door.

The three musicians will perform originals, some of their favorite standards, a few holiday tunes and, of course, New Orleans gems.

This will be the first time they are reunited since Sprague left for the Thelonious Monk Institute at UCLA in the fall. He will have much to share musically as a result of his amazing experiences there including performing with the legendary saxophonist Wayne Shorter.

Together Evans, Sprague, and Zsoldos are a powerful trio that performs from the depths of their hearts.
