"Continuous Replay" This class will workshop the basic structure of Arnie Zane’s 1978 "Continuous Replay." A formal, structured improvisation, "Continuous Replay" gives dancers an opportunity to expand the capacities for both precision and inventiveness. Performance of this large group work requires dancers to practice a combination of intellectual and physical virtuosity, cooperation, and creative spontaneity.
Admission to this Master Class: with full immersion pass: $18, without full immersion pass: $30 (advance registration required)

Bill T. Jones: The Dynamic Creative Process -- Bill T. Jones is an artist who, after decades of being on the front lines of contemporary performance, continues to surprise and delight audiences with his work. He is a relentless seeker who is always in pursuit of new perspectives and processes, resulting in an extremely varied body of work. In this lecture Cabeen will address Bill T Jones’ constantly shifting creative process, from the mid 1970s until today, and the diverse body of work that has resulted from this evolution of experiments.

Join KaleidoDance in a high energy, audience engaging dance and music performance that evolves into a dance party. As the performance progresses the line between the performers and the audience blurs until everyone is dancing. Performance is included with a Festival Pass (first come/first serve)

9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. - Master Class: Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company "D-Man in the Waters" Excerpts In this class we will learn excerpts of Bill T. Jones’ 1989 "D-Man in the Waters." The class will focus on the virtuosic partnering skills required to perform the work as well as the sense of community the work develops.
