Shumlin to announce $2.4M in tax incentives for downtowns


BURLINGTON (AP) - About $2.4 million in tax credit and sales tax allocation projects will help to renovate and repair buildings in the Vermont's designated downtowns and village centers.

Gov. Peter Shumlin will announce the winners of the tax incentives on Monday.

A press conference will be held at the Woodbury Armory in Burlington at 11 a.m.
