Sonnax acquires new Bellows Falls Facility

BELLOWS FALLS -- Sonnax Industries recently announced it has obtained a third village facility to join add to its arsenal of headquarters and distribution centers.

The employee-owned company that creates high-precision parts for the automotive aftermarket purchased a former manufacturing space at 10 Spencer Drive on July 7 and will use the spot to host the business' research and development teams. The new facility is a quarter-mile away from Sonnax' existing sites.

According to a press release, the newly acquired building consists of 26,000 square feet that will be used for the company's engineering, product line management and technical support squads. The site will soon get renovated to accommodate dedicated shop, testing and quality control areas, in addition to office space for roughly 35 employees. The space in other Sonnax buildings now used for these activities will be freed up to make room for growth in other areas of the company.
