River Gallery School:
April 18-22: Monday - Friday,9 a.m. - Noon. Vacation Art Camp. Your child can enjoy a week of drawing, printmaking, painting, sculpture, and more. Snacks will be provided. Space is limited. Ages 6 - 12. $160 per week or $35 per day
April 18-20: Landscape, 9:30 a.m.-Noon with Jason Alden. Working with oils, charcoal and pastel, we will work from several locations in Brattleboro. $145
April 9 and 10: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Working with Encaustic and Paper with Julia Jensen. For printmakers and photographers who are curious about how to combine their print work with encaustic, and anyone who is interested is encaustic collage. $205
April 16 and 17: Rustic Jewelry, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. with Denny Immergut. Learn the basics of make jewelry with strong Native American and African influences. Tools and materials will be supplied. $125
April 20, 21, 22: 1-4 p.m. – Build Rustic Furniture With Ross Smart. Use hand tools and local wood to craft a variety of rustic furniture. For ages 12 to Adult. $135
April 23 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Watercolor: Everyone Can Paint! with Walter Cudnohufsky. Demonstrations will be interspersed with small practice paintings and then a larger painting. The class is for the absolute beginner and/or the more accomplished long time painter. Minimum age thirteen, if unaccompanied. All materials supplied. The subject will be either barns or fruits/vegetables. $135
April 28-May 6 Noon-2:30 p.m. – Assemblage with Helen Schmidt. Use found objects and repurposed materials to create assemblage sculptures. $175
April 18, 19, 20 : 1-3 p.m., Up-Cycle! With Amy EnochBring from home loved but worn garments and learn the basics of using a sewing machine, to make these garments new again! For ages 10 years and up. $75.
April 21, 22: 1-3 p.m. – Collage with Paper With Amy Enoch. Each student will design unique collages with colorful and dynamic paper and images. For ages 10 years and up. $50.

Add Color to Your Life, Watercolor Classes
Info: 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Saturdays, May 7, 14, 21, 28, in Westminster West. $99 for 4 classes, $35 single as space permits. Karen Becker 802-387-4897. Learn to draw and paint with watercolors, includes recommendations for creating a complete traveling mini studio. Beginners welcome, ample instruction.
Improv! Improv! Improv! Info: 6-8 p.m. April 10-May 16. Taught by Todd Hielt, Six-week workshop at the Dorset Playhouse. $10 per session (members $8) or $50 (members $45) for the entire session.
