Then there was one: West River bridge ribbon cutting set for Tuesday

BRATTLEBORO — Gov. Phil Scott will be on-hand for an official ribbon cutting of the Interstate 91 bridge over the West River in Brattleboro on Tuesday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. The ribbon cutting will be on the Brattleboro Bridge Observation Platform, 41 Spring Tree Rd.
The ribbon cutting is "by invitation only." The public is not invited due to safety concerns.
In addition to the governor, Vermont Transportation Secretary Joe Flynn, Sen. Jeanette White, Rep. Mollie Burke, Caleb Linn of PCL Construction, and Linda Figg, of Figg Engineering Group will be on hand.
