Trinity Lutheran Church to hold services in outdoor chapel on Pentecost Sunday

BRATTLEBORO -- On this Pentecost Sunday, June 8, Trinity moves to its outdoor chapel for worship. Come see the flames, hear the wind, and share in The Lord’s Supper. On the 50th day of Easter we celebrate the Holy Spirit as the power of God among us that heals, forgives, inspires, and unites. We pray that this Spirit will transform us to be the body of the risen Christ in the world.

Sunday School for all ages and an Adult Forum on the formation of the Bible both gather at 9 a.m. Trinity meets outside, behind the church, for worship at 10:30 a.m. Bring your coffee, sunglasses and join us.

The church is located at 161 Western Ave., Brattleboro, across from Holton Home. As an Open and Affirming congregation, Trinity flies the LGBT Pride flag all month.
