Two not-to-be-missed events at the Marlboro Graduate Center

On Friday, March 18, at 7:30 p.m., Windham World Affairs Council (WWAC) is sponsoring "The Culture of Peace," a talk by Dr. David Adams. Then on Friday, March 25, at 7 p.m., WWAC and SIT are co-sponsoring a screening of the film "Frame by Frame."

Both events are free and open to the public at the Marlboro College Graduate Center 28 Vernon St., Brattleboro,

In his talk Dr. Adams will propose a two-pronged approach, "First we need to continue developing consciousness that a culture of peace is possible. And second, we need to begin developing an institutional framework for a culture of peace to replace today's institutions mired in the culture of war."

The film "Frame by Frame" follows four Afghan photojournalists as they navigate an emerging and dangerous media landscape – reframing Afghanistan for the world, and for themselves. Information
