'Understanding Cuba Through Film' series presents second film
The second film in the "Understanding Cuba Through Film" series is "Unfinished Spaces" to be screened on Friday, Oct. 21 at 6:30 p.m.
A 2011 documentary film about the revolutionary design of the National Art Schools (Cuba). Three visionary architects tell the dramatic story of the revolutionary building and later demise and rediscovery of the National Art Schools of Cuba in this brilliant, highly celebrated documentary. Discussion with co-director Benjamin Murray after the screening.
The movie viewing is free and open to the public
A Cuban dinner served by donation will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the film starts at 7 p.m. with a discussion to follow.
