Vermont man accused of killing wife indicted in N.H.

NEWPORT, N.H. (AP) - A Vermont man accused of killing his estranged wife in New Hampshire has been indicted on both first-degree and second-degree murder charges.

James Robarge of Saxtons River originally was charged with reckless second-degree murder in the death of Kelly Robarge, who disappeared from her Charlestown home on June 2, the day she filed for divorce. Her body was found July 6 in a wooded area in Unity.

According to reports, a Sullivan County grand jury indicted Robarge last week. He is scheduled to be arraigned Jan. 6.

At the time of his arrest in July, Robarge was being held in Vermont on three motor vehicle charges.
