Work on Brattleboro bridge project resumes this week

Thursday April 11, 2013

BRATTLEBORO -- Beck and Bellucci will be resuming work on the Brattleboro bridge project this coming week, between I-91 Exit 1 and Exit 2. Starting Monday, April 15, daily lane closures will be used on I-91 Northbound and Southbound as needed. The traffic will be restored to two lanes at the end of each day’s work.

On Williams Street, the road will be reduced to one lane, or closed as required, during the day. At night, the street will generally have at least one lane open. Road closed signage will remain up until the paving takes place, to reduce traffic on the street. Maple Street may occasionally have one lane closed during the day, if needed.

Work is expected to be completed by the end of May.
