Zero Balancing Awareness Week

Friday April 12, 2013

BRATTLEBORO - Zero Balancing is a system of healing. It coordinates and clarifies energy fields in the body. It balances the body energy with the body structure. It is holistic in nature and is based on natural law. A typical session is done through the clothing and lasts 30-45 minutes. A resulting state of balance helps relieve pain, provides a foundation for health and happiness, and brings a person closer to their true nature.

The stresses of daily life often move people away from balance and ease. Constant strain of habitual work positions, unresolved mental attitudes, accidents, and social, physical or psychological stressors are just a few of the ways we become imbalanced. The adaptability of the human body is a marvel, but sometimes it needs the support of integration.

In the hands-on body/mind therapy of ZB (Zee Bee) there is a combining of the Western view of medicine and science with the Eastern view of energy and healing. A light, manual touch to the bone facilitates a physical and energetic reorientation. In moments of openness there can be a structural reorganization and clearer movement of energetic flow. The results can range from subtle to profound.

To receive a free mini-session, to ask questions and have discussions, or learn about training in Zero Balancing, come to the Brattleboro Food Co-op community room on Sunday, April 14 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Zero Balancing information is also found at
