Are the needs of Vermont women being met?
BRATTLEBORO — On Wednesday, Sept. 26, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Brooks Memorial Library, the Vermont Commission on Women presents "The Hidden Side of Women's Lives in Our Community." This event is part of the Commission's statewide Listening Project, asking what needs aren't being met for Vermont women, what most effects their abilities to provide for themselves or their families, and what can be done to help. This is an opportunity for Brattleboro area residents to share their experience, to learn from others and broaden understanding, and to shape the work of the Commission. Refreshments will be served.
