* WHAT...Low temperatures in the lower to mid 30s will result in
patchy frost formation.
* WHERE...Portions of northern New York and central, northeast,
northwest and southern Vermont.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest temperatures will occur just
prior to sunrise this morning.
