TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating (neurogenic muscular tremors) that releases muscular tension, typically calming the nervous system. Mark guides a series of exercises designed to fatigue muscles that surround the deep “emotional” centered muscles of the psoas in a safe and controlled environment, where the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
Using Zoom, people are encouraged to light candles, wear comfortable evening clothing and set yourself up for relaxation and eventually a deep sleep.
