Based on Krishnamacharya's teachings later in life (in Chennai, India), participants learn to work with their breath through a series of foundational postures, leading to seated breath-work (pranayama) and meditation exercises. These classes are great for people who are interested in working with the breath in new ways, bringing a new layer of depth to their current yoga practice, as well as folks who don’t currently practice yoga postures, but wish to learn more about the connection between their breath, health, and a calm mind.
