BRATTLEBORO — On Friday at 1 p.m. at Inclusion Center, Joseph Mangum, owner of Sunnyside Solar Store, will speak about the effect solar power had on the rebuilding of Puerto Rico after the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria.

Mangum's discussion will include how solar helped thousands in rebuilding Puerto Rico after hurricane Maria.

Inclusion Center, a no-fee program for people with disabilities whether mental or physical as well as those dealing with depression or anxiety, meets at St. Michael's Episcopal Church, lower level, 15 Bradley Ave. on Mondays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
