BRATTLEBORO — Police found narcotics, brass knuckles and a firearm, all of which were illegally possessed, in a search.
Brattleboro Police Department officers conducted the search warrant in a Homestead Place residence at about 2:30 a.m. Feb 13. Philip Patoine, 36, and Alice Gay, 26, live at the property.
Police said Patoine and Gay were located, cited for the possession charges then released. They are scheduled to appear in Windham Superior Court, Criminal Division on March 21.
