Investigators from the New Hampshire State Police Major Crime Unit collect evidence at 484 Scofield Mountain Road, in Winchester, on Thursday, July 14, 2022, after the shooting death of Timothy Hill. Winchester police were called to the residence on Wednesday for a welfare check and found the man dead. Keegan Duhaime, of Winchester, N.H., was arrested and charged with one count of second-degree murder for knowingly causing the death of Hill by shooting him and one count of second-degree murder for recklessly causing the death of Hill.
