A Holiday Feast, Cooked in the Cab of a Truck

A shortage of drivers, supply-chain issues and truck stops closed because of the coronavirus have added to the pressure on long-haul drivers this holiday season, but many will still carve out the time (and the onboard space) to make steaks, turkeys and charcuterie boards.
