WESTMINSTER — The Bellows Falls varsity field hockey team remained undefeated via a 5-0 rout of Keene on Thursday.

"Keene did a great job of anticipating the pass and cutting to the ball, but couldn't find the back of the net. Our team had a much better start to the game than we did yesterday against Hartford," said BF coach Bethany Coursen.

Maya Waryas, who had just scored the game-winning goal against the Hurricanes, finished with a hat trick. Ashlin Maxfield tallied twice.

Bellows Falls goalie Jaia Caron earned the shutout.

The 5-0 Terriers will host Burr and Burton on Saturday at 1 p.m.
