By Kristopher Radder, Brattleboro ReformerRUTLAND — Mount Anthony football defeated Bellows Falls 24-17 in double overtime on Saturday to win its first state championship since 1994.
Bellows Falls was stopped inches short of the goal line on fourth and goal in double overtime. The loss snaps the Terriers 21-game winning streak.
