WINCHESTER, N.H. — Vernon’s Hillary Renaud and Solomon Brow each finished in the top 10 in the standings for the 2020 auto racing season at Monadnock Speedway.

Renaud ranked fourth in the Street Stock division with 524 points. She trailed only Chase Curtis (604 points), Jaret Curtis (598) and Chris Buffone (574).

In the NHSTRA Modified class, Brow wound up seventh in the final standings with 548 points. Brian Robie won the series with 768 points.

The other Monadnock champions are: Aaron Fellows (Late Model Sportsman), Nathan Wenzel (Mini Stock) and Mike Douglas (Pure Stock).

In the Mini Stock competition, Vernon’s Pat Houle finished 12th, Brattleboro’s David Pratt wound up 25th and Hinsdale’s Adam Sprague ended up in the 30th position.

Renaud is the 2017 Lightning Stocks champion. This year, she took the Street Stocks checkered flag on July 18 and Sept. 26.

Brow broke a Monadnock Speedway record when he started the 2019 season with eight consecutive wins. His best 2020 finishes were fourths on Aug. 30 and Sept. 26.

NHSTRA Modified’s top 10: 1. Brian Robie (768 points), 2. Ben Byrne (656), 3. Todd Patnode (646), 4. Trevor Bleau (614), T5. Matt Kimball (572), T5. Kim Rivet (572), 7. SOLOMON BROW (548), 8. Brian Chapin (534), 9. Cory Plummer (532), 10. Cameron Houle (484).
