Baker Street Readers

Posted by bakerstreetreaders@gmail.com

Holmes and Watson return to Brattleboro yet again as the Baker Street Readers present another dramatic reading from "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes," "The Man with the Twisted Lip."

Dr. Watson has had a long day. But just as he lets out his first yawn of the evening, Kate Whitney shows up at his door. It seems her husband Isa’s opium addiction has gotten out of hand. Watson ventures into the night to find Isa, and soon discovers his friend, Sherlock Holmes, is also visiting the city’s lower-quarters. Holmes is out to solve an impossible murder and discover the secret of... "The Man with the Twisted Lip."

James Gelter is Sherlock Holmes and Tony Grobe is Dr. Watson with special guests Dawn Grobe, Shannon Ward, Conor Dewey, Alex Luckham, and Jonathan Kinnersley. "The Man with the Twisted Lip" is part four of the Baker Street Readers series of readings from "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes."
