Benjamin Hochman in concert at college


MARLBORO — Marlboro College's Music for a Sunday Afternoon series continues Sunday, Nov. 11, with pianist Benjamin Hochman in a program including two world premiers, Gilad Cohen's Circling Time and Jesse Brault's Sonata Shambhala. The concert will take place at 3 p.m. in Marlboro's Ragle Hall, Serkin Center for the Performing Arts, 2582 South Road. It is free and open to the public. In addition to the recent works by Cohen and Brault, the program includes Bach French Suite No. 5 in G major, Mozart Sonata in A minor, K. 310, and Chopin Ballade No. 4 in F minor, Op. 52. An informal discussion with the contemporary composers and pianist will follow the performance.
