Berkley & Veller reports record year
BRATTLEBORO — Berkley & Veller Greenwood Country Realtors recently reported its best ever sales year in 2019.
"Our 2019 sales volume of over $121 million has us ranked fifth in the state, and highest volume in Windham County," the local firm said in a news release. "Adam Palmiter, was our top agent, and was the number one individual agent in the state, with sales volume of just over $35 million, his strongest year ever."
Many agents also achieved personal best sales figures. Thom Dahlin's success resulted in just under $12 million of sales volume. This was followed by Heidi Bernier, $9,524,015, and Karen Hoppe, $7,179,949. Robert Doyle's sales volume was $6,434,600, Dan Normandeau sold $5,778,749, Jane Sonntag $5,122,400, and Maria Diran's volume was $4,470,000. Next was Claire Renaud, at $4,083,200; Wilma Skovinski, $3,586,150; Stephanie Peduzzi-Baker, $3,555,700; and Jessie Heller, $3,525,400. Mike Purcell had a volume of $2,875,200; John Hatton, $2,760,748; followed by John McPherson at $2,630,000; Bill Hickok, $2,620,000; Oona Madden, $2,621,550; Bill Murray, $2,510,000; and Dave Brown, $1,914,500. Ingrid Bennett, Jody Graves, Danielle Lauria, Janet Walkiewicz, Teddy Kramer and Penny Arms all contributed to the company sales total.
Berkley & Veller had a record 420 transactions in 2019 and is celebrating 55 years of being in business, having helped more than 12,000 buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals and dreams. The company is locally- and family-owned, with 27 agents in two offices, in Brattleboro and West Dover.
