WESTMINSTER — Emily Bazin grabbed eight rebounds, giving her four straight games with eight or more boards, to help the Bellows Falls varsity girls basketball team to a 65-39 decision over White River Valley on Monday.

"Emily continues to work very hard in practice and it is great to see it starting to pay off," noted BF coach Todd Wells.

Taylor Goodell went off for 24 points to pace the winners offensively. Maya Waryas (12 points), Bazin (11 points) and Molly Potter (10 points) also contributed at that end of the court.

"We had a great bounce-back game from losing on Saturday to a good West Rutland team," Wells stated.

Hannah White scored 18 points to lead the team from South Royalton.
