Boot Camp explains Medicare

BRATTLEBORO — Senior Solutions Council on Aging for Southeastern Vermont will be presenting a Medicare Boot Camp at Brooks Memorial Library at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 13.

The class is for Vermonters who are new to Medicare. Family members who help these beneficiaries may also find it useful. Medicare has strict enrollment periods, and Medicare Boot Camp prepares participants to make timely decisions about drug plans and supplemental plans as well as many other issues.

There is no fee, but donations are appreciated. Space is limited, so call in advance to the Senior Help Line for registration and detailed location information: 1-802-885-2669 Senior Solutions staff provides unbiased information about the Medicare system at Medicare Boot Camp.
