Brow 2nd in Super Stock point standings

BRATTLEBORO — Vernon's Solomon Brow has reeled off six consecutive podium finishes at Monadnock Speedway in Winchester, N.H. and is currently ranked second in the Super Stock standings.

Tyler Leary of Hatfield, Mass. is the points leader with 484. Brow is next best with 456 points, and Geoff Rollins of Groton, Mass. is sitting in third with 442.

In his first 10 races this season, Brow has two wins, three runner-up finishes and a couple of thirds. He has also ended up fourth, fifth and ninth.

On Saturday night, Monadnock Speedway's feature race will be the JBH 100 — 100 laps of the Granite State Pro Stock Tour. Sportsman Modifieds, Super Stocks, Mini Stocks, Lightning Stocks, Thunder Stocks and Young Guns are also on the card. The action will begin at 6 p.m.

Brattleboro's Pat Houle is ninth in the Mini Stock standings. Vernon's Hillary Renaud is eighth in Thunder Stocks and 14th in Lightning Stocks. Brattleboro's Elijah Castillo finished seventh in the latest Young Guns race.
