Bullock 13th in New England meet

BRUNSWICK, Maine — Delaney Bullock finished 13th overall in a time of 21:55 at the NCAA Division 3 New England Region Cross Country Championships last weekend.

Her Bowdoin team wound up ninth in the team scoring with 291 points. The Polar Bears finished behind Williams (64 points), MIT (84), Tufts (156), Bates (176), Middlebury (209), Wesleyan (263), Mount Holyoke (267) and Amherst (271).

Bullock will now compete in the NCAA Championship race on Saturday in Louisville, Ky., at 11 a.m.

While attending The Putney School, Bullock won the Division 3 state cross-country championship meet as a junior and a senior. She also struck gold in the 1500 and earned silver in the 3000 at the state track meet as a senior.
