Chadwick Law prevails on court
BRATTLEBORO — In a thriller at the Gibson-Aiken Center on Sunday, Chadwick Law Office edged Vermont Pressure Wash Painting 75-74 in a men's basketball league contest. Five different players reached double figures in scoring for the winners, led by Shane Spivey's 20 points and Keith Lyman's 19.
In the best defensive performance of the day, Brattleboro Subaru shut down Rice Appraisal to win 66-53. Playing some in-your-face D were Michael Masters, Alex Findlay, John Sciacca, Paul Sucharzewski, Chris Eno and Corey Bauer.
On Friday, GS Coating leveled GS Precision 78-58. Tim Fellows went off for 23 points to pace the victors.
