Brattleboro School of Dance Presents 41st Annual Spring Show: "Words to Move By"

The students and teachers of Brattleboro School of Dance grace the stage in Words to Move by — a whimsical and thoughtful foray into the world of literature as told through dance. This marks the 41st annual performance by Brattleboro School of Dance and the first show under the new direction of Bridget Struthers, a BSD alum and its new owner/director. This year, choreographers find inspiration in poetry, newspaper articles, short stories, field guides, novels, and more. Dancers span generations and abilities, making this show accessible and appealing to all ages. This performance is produced by the non-profit Company of Muses; all proceeds go towards funding scholarships and opportunities for dancers in the area.

Performances: May 18 at 7:30 p.m.; May 19 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.; May 20 at 2 p.m.. All shows are at New England Youth Theater  100 Flat St., Brattleboro.

Tickets $15: or purchase them at Ruggles & Hunt on Main Street.
