Donate to United Way Kids in Coats Fund


BRATTLEBORO — All donations to the Kids in Coats Fund of the United Way of Windham County support local families by providing winter outerwear for children. All money raised is spent at local participating stores through Kids in Coats vouchers. On behalf of all of the families that benefit from Kids in Coats, thank you to everyone who has donated so far!

As of Jan. 7, the Kids in Coats Fund has raised $13,308.22 toward the goal of $40,000. Listed are the donations received from Jan. 3-7, totaling $265.

E. Thomas - $40, Happy to help you stay warm.

Barb & Woody - $50, Keep all the kids warm.

Deb Dunklee - $25, For all the children who need coats.

Roger and Linda - $50, In memory of Ben Underhill, Jerry Gagliardi, and Charlie McLaughlin.

There were also two anonymous donations in the amount of $50 each.

To donate to the Kids in Coats Fund, visit; text "snowy" to 313131; mail a check to United Way of Windham County, PO Box 617,Brattleboro, VT 05302 with Kids in Coats in the memo line; or drop a donation off during business hours at the United Way office at 1 Holstein Place in Brattleboro.
