Hinesburg Road closed for culvert work

BRATTLEBORO — The Hinesburg Road culvert project has begun, with road closure expected to last the entire week.

On Monday, Hinesburg Road closed to through traffic in the area of 402 Hinesburg Road to install a new box culvert. Through traffic is being detoured across Mather Road to Bonnyvale Road, and through Lee Road. Residents within the closure will still have access to their homes.

Construction activities are expected to take approximately one week. Weather and unforeseen construction conditions could lengthen the closure.
